Passenger Information (IV) is about communication from operators to travelers.
This communication:

• Comes in different forms: images, texts, audio messages
• Can be broadcast in several places at the same time (or even on the whole network) or in a very specific place (for example, a platform of a particular metro station)
• Can be broadcast at stops or in vehicles
• Can be an « on going » information (ex : connections, waiting times, next stops, ...) or "specific" (ex : incident or particular situation at a specific time and place).
